Brittany joined the Chef Ann team in March 2023 as the Business Services Coordinator. In this role, she provides support to the business services area of the organization with a focus on administrative support for the COO. The business services departments include the human resources, marketing and communications and development teams.

Brittany joined the Chef Ann team in March 2023 as the Business Services Coordinator. In this role, she provides support to the business services area of the organization with a focus on administrative support for the COO. The business services departments include the human resources, marketing and communications and development teams.
 

Brittany grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. Her first role was in the creative industry as a producer and project manager of both recorded and live content. She spent many years doing this alongside her husband through their production company. Brittany grew up supporting non-profit work through volunteering with her family all across the Dallas-Fort Worth area and wanted to continue that work in her career, leading her to join the Chef Ann Team!

She believes in the power and importance of food equity for children and enjoys putting her energy and efforts toward providing nutritious food for children and supporting school food reform. She remains active in her creative strengths through writing and project consulting, and as a new resident of Colorado she loves to spend her time going on walks, hikes, and road trips with her husband and pup!

Why School Food Matters

American kids start their life-path in K–12 schools where they learn the skills necessary to thrive & meet their potential. While the country debates the best ways to teach them math, science & English, we spend little to no time on food & nutrition.
