Michelle Argueta

Director of Recruitment

Michelle comes to the Chef Ann Foundation with experience in the education, corporate, and non-profit space. She is a first-generation Latina with a passion for mental health, access, equity, and inclusion. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University.

Prior to joining Chef Ann Foundation she served as a Recruiter for Children’s Institute Inc. where she oversaw recruitment efforts across multiple programs including Behavioral Health & Wellness and Early Childhood Education.

In her current role as Director of Recruitment at Chef Ann Foundation, she oversees recruitment initiatives for the Healthy School Food Pathway Pre-Apprenticeship program. Michelle is excited about helping individuals explore a career in healthy school food looking to make an impact in their community.

In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
